The forum is a non-stock not for profit corporation.

Vision: Leading the advancement of cyber resilient service management through collaborative innovation, securing and strengthening critical infrastructure across every government and industry sector worldwide.

Forum Mission: To enhance and maintain Critical Infrastructure Resilience against all Cyber Risks. We are not a standards organization. We help participants take advantage of existing standards.

Objective: To serve as the trusted global Forum to facilitate open dialogue, critical insight, and thought exchange enabling stakeholders in the delivery of flexible and adoptable cyber resilience solutions that support organization mission and goals.

Scope: Private and Public-sector critical infrastructure organizations, including small and midsize businesses, standards and best practice organizations, and organizations supporting workforce development.

Advancing Cyber Resilience

The Forum’s collaborative activities enable private and public organizations to share and validate lessons learned, set strategy to improve the delivery of cyber secure and resilient services, thereby enhancing the ability to deliver their mission. Deliverables include the continual improvement of the Foundation for Public Private Collaboration containing lessons learned, best practices, standards and frameworks that organizations find helpful to operationalize cyber resilient service management.

The Forum is Unique

We engage private/public sector C-suite and other decision makers to advance cyber resilience in experiential applications of best practices in service strategy, service design, service transition and service operation continual improvement, and organizational change management. We provide a trusted way for participants to engage in connecting the dots, expanding their network, and growing their experience to further enable their services. Because we focus on the mission of the organization and how cyber resilient service management enables the mission, participants see this as something adding value vs as an expense of cyber security. We seek to influence improvements of standards, best practices, directives, and frameworks utilizing lessons learned from private and public sectors.
