Operationalize Standards

“The holistic concept of resilience encompasses more than traditional security measures.  It speaks to the optimization of people, process, and technology to yield systems that are not only secure but will inherently survive, and recover from a wide array of threats and caustic environments. The Global Forum to Advance Cyber Resilience is the first of its kind targeting operationalizing standards and practices focused on the critical issue of cyber resilience.”

Deliverables include the continual improvement of the Foundation for Public Private Collaboration containing lessons learned, best practices, standards and frameworks that organizations find helpful to operationalize cyber resilient service management.

The Forum is Unique

We engage private/public sector C-suite and other decision makers to advance cyber resilience in experiential applications of best practices in service strategy, service design, service transition and service operation continual improvement, and organizational change management. We provide a trusted way for participants to engage in connecting the dots, expanding their network, and growing their experience to further enable their services. Because we focus on the mission of the organization and how cyber resilient service management enables the mission, participants see this as something adding value vs as an expense of cyber security. We seek to influence improvements of standards, best practices, directives, and frameworks utilizing lessons learned from private and public sectors.

Prioritize Spending Get Greatest Impact

“We offer affordable insurance to organizations that do the right things to minimize the effect of cyber-attacks. Technical protections are important, but they are not foolproof.  Resilience includes having trained people to identify, limit and recover from incidents.  The Forum to advance Cyber Resilience is bringing a critical mix of government and private sector resources to align standards and prioritize spending to get the greatest impact in limiting cyber risk.”
